What the forms on this website collect, why, where it is kept and for how long. It is short because we collect little.
The forms on this site
Who we are
This website is run by Datum Technologies FZE LLC, an Ajman NuVentures Centre Free Zone establishment in the United Arab Emirates ("CORPUS", "we"). We are responsible for the details you send us through it.
What we collect
Call request (paid pilot): your name, work email, company and role, whose data it is and whether you hold the rights, what you would de-identify and, if you tell us, when you need it.
Waitlist: your work email. Investor deck: your name, email and fund or firm.
With each submission we store the time it arrived and your browser's user-agent string. We do not store your IP address with it. Our host, Vercel, handles your connection to deliver the site and may keep it in short-lived request logs.
The forms ask you to describe your documents, never to paste them. Please don't include real records or anyone else's personal data.
Why
To review your call request and reply to you, to tell waitlist members when CORPUS opens more widely, and to send the investor deck. Nothing else. We use it because you asked us to.
Where it is stored
In a Postgres database hosted by Neon, in the United States. If you are outside the United States, your details are transferred there. Vercel and Neon act as our service providers.
How long we keep it
We delete each submission 12 months after we receive it, or sooner if you ask.
Who sees it
Only the people at CORPUS who review requests. We never sell or rent your details, and we share them with no one except the providers that host them, or where the law requires it.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers. It loads nothing from other companies' servers: fonts and images are served from this site.
If you arrive from one of our ads, the link carries a short campaign label (for example "linkedin, pilot-launch"). Your browser keeps it in this tab until you close it, and it is sent only with a form you choose to submit, so we know which ad brought you. It is never shared with the ad platforms.
Your choices
To get a copy of your details, correct them or have them deleted, write to ambika@datacorpus.io. If you are in the EU or the UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
Changes
If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it.
